• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy financial regulations.

Cookies

We use only functionally necessary storage (localStorage) for authentication tokens. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pattern Generator, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with any third party or allow unauthorised access.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Credits and Payments

• Credits are deducted per export. One credit is consumed per successful pattern download.
• VIP memberships grant unlimited exports for the specified membership period.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are granted only at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

• You may use exported patterns for personal and commercial projects without restriction.
• Automated or scripted access to the service is prohibited without prior written consent.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent security measures, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Seraphina Works Ltd claims no ownership over your exported patterns.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
